DIY Minimalist Leather Sunglass Holder: Free Pattern

Minimalist Leather Sunglass Holder

 

Materials:

  • Leather (vegetable tanned, about 2-3 oz. thickness)
  • Ruler
  • Pen or pencil
  • Scissors
  • Leather glue (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Print out the pattern template (link to template) and cut out the pieces.

  3. Trace the pattern onto the leather using a pen or pencil and cut out the pieces with scissors.
  4. Fold the leather as indicated on the pattern, using the score lines as a guide.
  5. Apply a small amount of leather glue to the tabs and press them together to form the holder.
  6. Allow the glue to dry completely before using.

Please note that the length of the pattern determines the intended use of the holder. If the pattern is 15 cm in length, it can be used for sunglasses. If the pattern is 20 cm in length, it can be used as a pencil holder.
